Dry Eyes Morgan realized that he had a desire to make noise outside of his collaboration with diigitae, and it was this desire that led him to create Ecstacy in Torment, a project for the solo exploration of musique concrète, harsh noise, and sound art. Straddling the line between pointless self-oppression and enlightened acknowledgement that the desire for life is often a desire for suffering, Rapture seeks to celebrate this inherent dichotomy that comes to light when one peels away the layers of illusion that cover desire.
